Monthly meeting held the 1^st Wednesday of each Month,  @7:30 PM  except December and January. All events held at the Community Hall

OLD BUSINESS

 The repairs for the building were discussed:

            Exterior Lights

            Bracket replaced and rewired on Exit Light; timer

             Stainless Refrigerator needs repair.  52 degrees is the coldest it does.

            Outside repair; West door and wood around building.

            Floor is in need of stripping and waxing

            Discussed different siding for building to lower maintenance cost

NEW BUSINESS

We have been asked if we would be interested in partnering with the Green Horn Mountain Veterans Assoc. working the Rodeo BBQ. 

Gloria will try to have Bert Rogers attend the September meeting for details. 

UPCOMING EVENTS 

Ÿ         Halloween Party October 31^st.  J. Hall and the Trick Shot Band

Ÿ         New Year Party December 31^st Wild Blue Rose Band.
